place (multi-op) power press tooling for use both inhouse
in production presswork as well as for a customers own facilities.

& Design
As
a presswork company we have years of experience in the use
of presstools which naturally means we have a good idea
on how to design them. Utilising Auto-CAD we offer toolmaking
services to your specifications to produce the exact product
you need. Our experience in design allows us to address

Our
toolmaking service encompasses tools for all types of presswork
and caters for a wide range of press machines and materials
including:

mechanical & hydraulic presses

operations such as blanking, piercing, forming & drawing

Machining
We
operate a fully equipped toolroom with wire & spark
eroding capacity as well as milling, turning, and cutting
facilities. All of our tool making is carried out inhouse.

We
specialise in the design of press tooling for small electrical
and electronic components working to customer specifications
or to existing parts.
Inhouse
Tool Maintenance
A
significant benefit of our inhouse toolmaking, design and
manufacturing capability is our ability to repair tools
if necessary during production, thereby minimising down
time. This also allows us to make tool adjustments not only
in the event of a breakage but also to address tool wear
and issues related to loss of product quality during production.
Repairs
For
third party tool repairs we offer a standard and express
tool repair service for both damaged production tools and
for general maintenance.
